We offer both free and premium subscription tiers for our Services:

Free Tier

Our Free Tier includes basic features such as voice and manual logging, three Care Circle Members and basic caregiver dashboard at no cost. Features may change or be updated periodically..

Premium Tier

Our Premium Tier is priced per Care Circle per month and includes additional features such as wearable integration, unlimited Care Circle Members and long-term trend visualization. Features may change or be updated periodically.

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We do not provide refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from our Services
• Use our Services for any commercial purpose not authorized by us
